RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are always happy to help you with returns or exchanges as long as the shoes and/or garments are unworn and returned within 30 days of when you received it. Please follow the instructions that are on the invoice/return sheet that came with your shoes. Unfortunately, we cannot cover your shipping costs back to us.

FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we cannot cover your shipping cost back to us, but we are happy to refund your money for any item that you return to us within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is returned unworn and in it’s original condition. Your Please be sure and check that you want a refund for the item, and then follow the instructions on the invoice/return sheet you received with your order and send to:

Your refund will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item however, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Store credit refunds will be available immediately after 2-3 days processing.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely. All exchanges are based on stock availability. If the replacement item is less expensive than the original item, the difference will be refunded to you via store credit; or – if you wish – you may return the original item for a refund, and then purchase the new, lower priced item.
